Abstract

This article discusses the methodological aspects of the electrical capacitance study of the zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) based nanoparticles. The methods of selection of the nanoparticle material and the method of its applying are described, along with the technological processes for obtaining dense compacts using high hydrostatic pressure, and the method of its applying are described. A detailed description of the nanoparticle selection, along with the high hydrostatic pressure method used for transforming into dense compacts is provided. The experimental setup, as well, as the technique of electrical contact’s application for measuring the electrical capacitance of nanopowder compacts and the results of test experiments are presented.
